Unconditional Surrender.
At the outset of the Iran War, the protagonist promised he’d force his enemy to sign an unconditional surrender.
He got the unconditional surrender part right, but not the signatory.
Iran didn’t sign one; Trump did.
Here’s what the titular leader of what was once the most powerful nation in the world agreed to.
Iran will keep its uranium stockpile for the foreseeable future…it promised to comply with a commitment from the Obama agreement Trump vilified, condemned as the worst deal in history, and tore up in 2019.
The US will end all sanctions immediately and release previously frozen Iranian assets immediately - Send Iran $12 billion in cash
“develop a definitive, mutually agreed plan with at least $300 billion for the reconstruction and economic development” of Iran.
the US will suspend its blockade of the Strait of Hormuz and Iran will “use its best efforts” to open the Strait for - wait for it - 60 whole days.
after which, Iran and Oman can charge fees for ships transiting the Strat of Hormuz.
What does this mean for you?
13 Americans were killed and scores wounded, some severely.
We - the USA - killed 120 Iranian schoolchildren.
We taxpayers paid over $130 billion for this idiotic, completely unnecessary, incredibly stupid war.
We showed China and North Korea that a fourth rate country could bring us to our knees by just planting a few mines and shooting a few rockets at ships.
We burned through billions of dollars in hugely expensive munitions to shoot down really cheap drones.
Oh, and you and your family are paying much higher fuel, energy, grocery and travel expenses.
And for all that, we are in a far worse position today than we were before the idiot in the White House started this war.
Uneffing believable.

“Like” doesn’t really cover it, but it was the only option to show agreement. 🤬
A master class in factual recent history. Thank you Joe.
