So you don’t feel too bad about their not taking corrective action, let me just say absolutely nothing has changed in nearly one-half century when one of my responsibilities was managing the FECA program for a large US Army Command with hundreds of civilian employees. I wanted to pull my hair out ( when I had hair) on a daily basis. I even identified, with substantial proof, claimant fraud. Called in the FBI, who said they just couldn’t do a thing about it. Never, and I mean never, could I get an adjuster on the phone. No email then. It was a truly worthless program. Must be outsourced!!!!
Could not agree more. The most unprofessional, insulting, demeaning, clueless, arrogant, and wildly incompetent people (with a few exceptions) I have ever had the displeasure to work with.
